4 Diagonal Blisters On Lip

your blog or lever leverage Levi

N on the original will, I realize, this is a topic of much of the rest on the crest of the wave on the internet. On the other hand in our collective new look, though totally devoid of ambitions than that of personal pleasure to inform and discuss with our "poison" we are directly involved and it seems to me to talk about it right here and maybe even participate in some initiative in this regard.
We're talking, of course, the infamous bill Levi (1269 PDL), which is nothing but the revival of the equally infamous proposal that caused a sensation a year ago, by the same author, however.
In summary this is a bill that would plan to treat the blog published products themselves, including the obligation to register the ROC (Register of Communications Operators). The direct consequences of such a regulation would be devastating for the Italian bloggers (needless to mention the fact that, as usual, we would be the only country in this situation) would each blog subject to the standards for liability related to press offenses; every blog that does not form the ROC could be DECLARED for the crime of clandestine press . In short, the only item still available in Italy, the web, gagged and would be monitored like any other.

Few reactions "official" by politicians. Only Peter, through his blog and facebook was outraged and even prophesied civil disobedience if it were to pass the PDL, now offering legal advice to all bloggers affected by the decree, should they pass. For the rest, silence.

Ricardo Franco Levi is a member of the Democratic Party and a member of Cultural Committee in the House. I wonder if the PD agrees with its proposal, but most of all I wonder why can not reach an item, review, comment, at least from the political party who sits by his own party in parliament.

Meanwhile, in this shared role of bloggers that I'm dressed I feel even more compelled to participate in the movements of indignation that have gone by many. Among the many obviously the most popular is that of Beppe Grillo , which obviously is activated immediately and to Di Pietro.
Among the banner of "What Poison!" I published two links that point to as many online petitions, one of which, petitiononline.com, has exceeded 14,000 signatures. Click that and sign, please.
